The hotel's accommodation includes 9 one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, 10 studio rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, and 16 twin/queen rooms with full kitchens. The rooms are en suite and are modern and well maintained. They feature a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio and Internet access. A kitchenette with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and individually regulated heating units also come as standard.

A free 24-hour airport shuttle is available. On arrival at the International Airport, guests should turn left upon exiting customs and will see an I-Site Centre. This centre provides a free phone to contact the hotel. Guests should ring to advise of their arrival and wait outside door 8. The shuttle is a white van, labelled with the hotel's name.
