This hotel is housed in a palatial building that dates back to 1850 and has been tastefully restored retaining the original designs of the elegant rooms, the warm and cosy lounge and the pretty garden surrounded by walls dating back to the 17th century. It has a total of 6 guestrooms spread over 2 floors of which 1 is wheelchair accessible. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange counter. The air-conditioned hotel also includes a café and a TV room. In addition, a breakfast room, bicycle rental service and a car park are also provided.

The romantic rooms have been designed with care and devotion, where guests are offered a choice of facilities. The furniture, which was tracked down at markets and antique shops have been lovingly restored in a range of colours, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere in the unique rooms. The rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a TV and Internet access. Further fittings include a double bed, air conditioning and heating (individually regulated), a hire safe and a minibar. From the rooms, guests are offered a wonderful view of the hotel's picturesque courtyard, the well-tended park or an ancient villa and the gently flowing Brenta River.

A continental breakfast is served every morning. It is possible to book a bed and breakfast stay.

By car:From the highway A4 exit Dolo-Mirano. At the round, turn right on the second exit, following indications to "Riviera del Brenta"; arrived at the second round turn right on the third exit, following the blue indications to Mira. At the end of the street (after about 4 km) turn left and in 50 m you'll see the "Alcova del Doge" on your left. From Venezia -piazzale Roma catch the ACTV bus n° 53E Venezia-Padova and get off at the bus stop "Capitello Albrizzi" in Mira, the first one after the centre of the town. The "Alcova del Doge" is at 150 m. from the bus stop.
