The hotel has defined luxury on the 'Big Island' since opening in
1994 and completed Laurance Rockefeller's vision of two luxury
properties on two of the finest beaches in the world.
Contemporarily bold architecture offers nature to blend in with
open-air public areas. Enter onto the 8th floor and immediately see
the blue of the ocean, the white of the sand and greens of the
landscaping, while smelling the fragrance of the plumeria trees
scattered throughout the property. The property provides an escape

buds. In addition to the 350 guest rooms and suites, this
air-conditioned establishment provides a lobby with 24-hour
