This city hotel, built by two of Thailand's most famous designers
and architects, is a creation of love and a treasure trove of Lanna
art and interior design. It features many Chinese antiquities, and
its temple-style architecture can be found in every guest room and
throughout the hotel. This design establishment was renovated in
2007 and comprises 18 superior rooms, 4 deluxe and 2 two-bedroom
suites. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned
establishment include a lobby area, a hotel safe, a mini
supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and WLAN Internet access. Guests
may also take advantage of the room and laundry services (the
latter for an additional fee), and there is parking for those
arriving by car.
Rooms
Each room is uniquely decorated with carefully selected Asian
antiques. Whilst the style is one of timeless and classic design,
all rooms are equipped with modern facilities, such as DVD players,
satellite TV and wireless Internet access. All rooms come with a
private en suite bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, room
safe, individually adjustable air conditioning and guests may also
make use of the direct dial telephone and kitchenette with minibar
and fridge. Rooms with either king size or twin single beds.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant offers a full menu of dishes from the region and
beyond, including Thai, Tai-Yai, Myanmar and fusion cuisines.
Activities & Sport
There is a 20 m² open air swimming pool with a poolside snack bar,
sun loungers and parasols, and for post-swim relaxation, massage
treatments are available either in the pool pavilion or in guests'
rooms (charges apply). Lanna Golf Course is only a 30-minute drive
away.
