This hotel is located in a 17th century olive and flour mill which has been converted into a beautiful country residence set in stunning landscaped gardens scented with fruit trees. It offers a total of 10 rooms. Facilities at this charming air-conditioned establishment include a lobby, hotel safe, lift access to the upper floor, a TV lounge, café, restaurant, Internet access, a car park and bicycle storage.

The rooms are elegantly decorated and all have a view of the river or pool. Amenities include wireless Internet access and satellite TV, king-size beds, central heating and a balcony or terrace. Upon reaching Ronda, at the large traffic junction with traffic lights, take the A374 Sevilla road around Ronda. Follow this for 7 km until coming to a large white hotel on the right called the Don Benito. Keep to the right on the slip road. At the end of the hedge of the hotel's property, turn right (signs for Fuente la Higuera). Follow this road for about 400 m to find the car park entrance just on the bend with a large flag.
