Opened in 2005, this apartment complex occupies a modern and quiet area and comprises a total of 12 pleasant apartments, including standard apartments, penthouse apartments, and apartments with private garden, spread over 3 floors. The complex features a reception that can be reached at night on an emergency number, express check-out, safes, lifts, a small supermarket and W-LAN access. Those arriving by car may take advantage of a private garage, which is connected to the apartments by lift.

Each of the tastefully decorated and welcoming apartments comes with two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with a DVD player, a hire safe and W-LAN access. A well equipped kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave features as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. Each apartment also has a private balcony or terrace. In addition the penthouse apartments on the upper floors have a roof terrace with furniture.

It is obligatory to advise the hotel of guests' arrival time, the reception is open from 9 am to 10 pm. The reception is located in Avda. Hermano Francisco 1 (close to the taxi stop). The apartment is 800 m from the reception. Travelling by car is recommended.

By car: from Malaga airport, take the A7 motorway in the direction of Benalmadena-Fuengirola and then leave at exit Benalmadena-222. At the roundabout, take the direction Benalmadena Pueblo. On arriving there, keep in the direction of La Hacienda. By public transport: the nearest airport is in Malaga, about 12 km from the hotel. From there, take the train towards Fuengirola and alight at Arroyo de la Miel station, which is approximately 1 km from the hotel.
