This 6-story, 89-room city hotel was fully renovated in 2007. Guests are welcomed into the hotel lobby, which has a 24-hour reception and lift access. Business guests can make use of the hotel's business centre as well as Internet access in the lobby (charges apply). In addition to having a concierge, there is also a laundry and dry cleaning service (fees apply), and room service is also available. The lobby also features a café and bar. With guests' safety in mind, the lobby is equipped with a 24-hour security service with CCTV surveillance. There is also a cafeteria and a hair and beauty salon.

All of the hotel's rooms are decorated in a Victorian style, and are between 10 and 15 m² in size.
