The hotel has a congress centre and other 2 meeting rooms equipped
with the most advanced technology and able to accommodate up to 320

Exterior: The hotel is an unusual hotel created by 2 floors
building, surrounded by a lush greenery in the middle of a regional
park area. Bikes can rent for free by the guests.
Lobby: The lobby is furnished in a very modern style with large
dynamic orange sofas with glass tables. All this are is WIFI. Just
in front of the seating area there is a very niche, intimate and
cozy patio finely equipped with wooden dark easy-chairs and white
coffee tables.
Rooms
All rooms come with an LCD TV with pay per day channels, a minibar,
a desk, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, air conditioning, an
electronic locking system and Wi-Fi Internet connection on payment.
Wi-Fi access is free for the rooms superior and junior suite. All

there
From Milan: Turn off the motorway at the exit for Borgo Panigale,
follow the ring road towards Ancona and leave at junction 12. From
here follow the signs for Futa and Bellaria Hospital. At the
roundabout take the turning for Via Cavina, and at the next
roundabout turn right onto Via Altura. 500 m ahead on the
right-hand side, at number 11/bis, is the main entrance of the
hotel. From Florence and Rome: Turn off the motorway at the exit
for Casalecchio di Reno, follow the ring road towards Ancona and
leave at junction 12. From here follow the signs for Futa and
Bellaria Hospital. At the roundabout turn off onto Via Cavina and
at the next roundabout turn right onto Via Altura. 500 m ahead on
the right-hand side, at number 11/bis, is the main entrance of the
hotel.
