Newly built and opened in 2007, the hotel is one of the few family-owned and operated hotels in Dubrovnik. It is a real home away from home. It offers a combination of 24 modernly furnished rooms and suites (apartments). All rooms have balcony or terrace area. Full breakfast is included in all rates and is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor. Newly opened in 2011 is outdoor pool and bar area with sunloungers, jacuzzi and deck area for guest enjoyment. For additional fees, guests may take advantage of boat charter and fishing excursions. Internet access and parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

All rooms/suites feature fresh and modern furnishings, including an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as an balcony/terrace area, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV and king-size beds (some twin rooms available). A direct dial telephone, Internet access, a safe, fridge and ironing set additionally feature in all units as standard. All suites have kitchen facilities.

A breakfast buffet is served.

Guests may enjoy diving or motor-boating for additional fees.

If checking out prior to 8 am, the bill should be settled the night before.

If travelling from Dubrovnik Airport to the aparthotel: When entering Dubrovnik, turn right at the first main traffic lights, and then turn right again. Travel 1.5 km further to reach the hotel, which is situated on the right-hand side.
