A friendly family welcome awaits clients in this hotel. Renovated in 2003, this hotel consists of 14 non-smoking rooms, of which 1 is a single and 13 are doubles. Lunch and dinner are served in the Kiln Lounge (children's highchairs available on request) and a public Internet terminal is in the conservatory. There is also a car park for those arriving by car and a children's indoor and outdoor play area for younger guests to let off steam. The reception is not open 24 hours a day.

The stylish rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a telephone, a radio and central heating.

Travelling on the A96 from Inverness, go through the town of Nairn. About 1.6 km out of Nairn, take the signs to Auldearn (right turn). The hotel is the first building on the right after arriving in the village.
