use all the leisure facilities of its sister hotel, The Carlton, a
minute’s walk away, all free of charge. This includes a
health and leisure club, gymnasium, indoor heated swimming pool,
outdoor heated pool (seasonal), spa bath, sauna and steam cabinets.
Complimentary car parking is also available for residents.
Exterior: A large building kept in excellent condition.
Lobby: Medium in size and elegant in style, lobby area leads on to
the lounge.
Rooms
The bedrooms have a contemporary feel and include direct dial
telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, radio and Internet
access (fees may apply). Each room comes with a private bathroom
and a double or king-size bed.
Restaurant & Food
A large impressive restaurant gracefully furnished offering a wide

throughout the day in the main bar.

there
By car: From the M3/M27, approach Bournemouth via the A338, which
turns into Wessex Way. Follow the signs to the East Cliff and the
sea front, where the hotel is conveniently situated.
