The restaurant is called Patrisey, with traditional British and
European cuisine, the menu is as extravagant as its aviation
surroundings. Lobster Thermidor and the Verta Burger provide an
interesting topic between enthusiastic cab drivers and helicopter
pilots.A featured wall of wine creates a unique piece of "wine art"
as you enter Patrisey Restaurant The "wine as art" wine list
includes a paired down connoisseurs list showcasing the best of New
World with a peppering of Old World vintage. At Patrisey, you can
choose your dining experience depending on your mood and the
occasion...the budding chefs can watch their food being prepared
whilst dining at a table with the kitchen in full view, couples can
retreat and hideaway behind the metallic leaf and frosted fretwork
for an intimate dining experience and colleagues can talk over
lunch with the only interruption being the superb sight of
helicopters landing.You also can enjoy a glass of champagne at the
Champagne and cocktail Bar called Vertilon cantilevering over the
Thames.
