This city business hotel offers excellent service and facilities in a stunning, contemporary building. The majority of the 153 guest rooms and 71 residential suites have superb views of the Thames and Victoria Docks. Some have balconies overlooking the water, with a view over the twinkling lights of the city and all its landmarks. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. It also offers a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access (charges apply). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services for an additional fee and there is limited parking available for those arriving by car (charges apply).

The majority of the guest rooms have superb views of the Thames and Victoria Docks and some have balconies overlooking the water and the city. Guests coming from the North or West should arrive into the city on the M25 and exit at Junction 27. Join the M11 to London which turns into the North Circular A406 to Docklands. Continue on the A406 until the signs for Royal Docks and London City Airport (A1020). After 2.4 km turn right into Royal Albert Way at the Galleons roundabout. Follow the Royal Albert Way towards ExCel and turn left for the East entrance. Those arriving from the South should leave the M25 at Junction 3 and join the A20 towards the Blackwall Tunnel. Follow the A20 until the A120, marked Blackwall Tunnel and go through the tunnel. Stay in the left lane when exiting and follow signs for the A13 heading to London. Exit at the 1st junction and follow signs to the Royal Docks and ExCel West.
