Renovated in 2009, this family-friendly resort offers a modern
contemporary style, with a full range of modern comforts and 11
well-equipped villas. Facilities available to guests at the
air-conditioned holiday village include a lobby with hotel safe, a
TV lounge and a breakfast/dining room. For an additional fee,
guests may make use of the room and laundry services, a car park
and a bicycle hire service.
Rooms
The décor in the guest rooms is relaxing and
uncluttered, ideal for those who want to rest and recuperate, far
from the crowds and hectic city lifestyles. The villas have 1-4
bedrooms with king-size beds, an en suite bathroom with shower,
bathtub and hairdryer, a living room, and a kitchen with fridge,
microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Other in-room
amenities include a safe, ironing set, satellite TV, Internet
access and individually regulated air conditioning. Guests may
relax on their private sun deck, swim in their private pool which
has an automatic filtering system, or unwind in the tropical
garden.
Restaurant & Food
The villas' maid will cook and serve breakfast to the private pool
villas every morning and there is a set dining menu for lunch and
dinner, which guests can order from and be served at the villa
within 30 minutes. Both Thai and western cuisine is served.
À la carte options are also available for dinner.
Activities & Sport
The villas offer an outdoor private pool with a broad wooden sun
deck and deck chairs around the pool. Thai and foot massages are
available, and the hotel also offers a variety of excursions
available on the island, which can be booked through the Guest
Service Agent (fees apply). Watersports available for additional
fees include diving, surfing, windsurfing, banana boating and
canoeing. Other sport and leisure options available to guests
include paddle tennis, pool/snooker, table tennis, beach
volleyball, biking, and golf at Banyan Tree Golf Course, which is
approximately 1.2 km from the holiday village (fees apply for all
activities). Sun loungers can be hired for a fee on the nearby
sandy beach.
