All rooms are decorated in a natural style, with an extensive use of wood. En suite bathrooms with showers are standard and each room has a TV and individually regulated air conditioning. A terrace provides the finishing touch to each room.

The resort's restaurant serves both traditional Thai food and a variety of international cuisine, with more than 200 dishes on the menu including some exotic dishes and homely ones. A small party or a special meal for a special occasion is welcomed. The resort's bar is located on the beachfront and is a place to enjoy mixing drinking and lingering while enjoying the pleasurable and wonderful ambiance before retiring to bed.

The hotel offers a variety of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, boating, sightseeing, coral snorkelling and diving on the beach, and around Koh Ngai. Children may not like to go to the beach at low tide because there are many dead corals. However, there is no problem if parents prepare rubber shoes for them just in case they love going to the sea so much that they can't wait for high tide. Massage treatments are also available at the resort.
