The Beach Road runs between the hotel and the beach and there is also a train station in the immediate vicinity. Guests can reach Pattaya Pier from the ferry port within around 5 minutes. The closest airport is U Tapao, which can be reached in approximately 45 minutes. In the local area guests will find a variety of shopping amenities such as the Mike Shopping Mall, the Royal Garden Plaza and Foodland. Mini Bayview Crocodile Farm, Coral Island and Elephant Village are just a few of the sights in the immediate vicinity.

This beautiful, family-friendly hotel comprises a total of 270 rooms and suites spread over 9 floors. 173 of the rooms are in the so-called Tower Wing and there are a further 87 rooms in the Garden Wing. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with reception desk, a currency exchange facility and a safe. Furthermore, this air-conditioned establishment includes an on-site hairdresser, a WLAN access point and conference facilities. The Narissa Chinese and seafood restaurant (seating approximately 160 people) is located on the Beach Road and offers visitors a beautiful view over the bay, as well as providing them with seafood and various oriental delicacies. The Narissa Garden seafood barbecue (for roughly 60 people) is served in an open-air setting, with a view of Pattaya Bay. Here there are specialities including prawns, calamari and crab. The Exotica bar and lounge (with a capacity of around 36 people) offers guests snacks and light meals. Above the steps to the garden pool is the Fontainbleau Lounge, which holds about 30 people and offers guests snacks as well as a live band 5 nights a week. Room and laundry services can also be taken advantage of. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

Rooms

The cosy rooms, based around the concept of relaxed, seaside living, all come with a minibar, a smoke detector, an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bath/ shower with hairdryer. Each room also comes with a direct dial telephone (for domestic and international calls), a satellite/ cable TV complete with all news channels and bedside remote control, and each suite has its own private safe. The air conditioning is centrally regulated. In the Tower Wing rooms are fitted with sprinklers.

The hotel's restaurant is comprised of a coffee shop and Thai traditional restaurant.

Activities & Sport

The main pool is between the two towers and the 24-hour Garden Terrace cafe, providing international as well as Thai cuisine, seats approximately 138 people and is situated in the glorious gardens, beside the pool. A live band entertains guests at the Narissa Garden seafood barbecue with soothing music 7 nights a week. There is also a gym, a tennis court, and a variety of massage treatments available for guests. An activity programme is also occasionally provided.
