The first hotel is located in the commercial district, a 43000 m2 opened-spaced park is within 5 minutes' walking distance, steps from MRT ZhongShan Station (10-15 minutes by walk) from which one can reach retail stores, a duty free shop, and fashion boutiques. 45 km from TaoYuan International Airport, 10 minutes' drive to Taipei Railway Station, 18 minutes' drive to the Taipei World Trade Centre, and Taipei 101 shopping area. 40 kms to the airport (taoyuan international airport) 12 kms to the airport (sung shan) 13 minute walk to the nearest metro station (chungshan station) 6 km to the nearest station (taipei railway) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 12 km to the nearest fair site (taipei world trade center)
