This is one of the best hotels not only in Tenerife but in the
whole Canary Islands. It has a fantastic oriental garden to relax

They have a partnership with Loro parque, one of the most
interesting things to do in Puerto de la Cruz. Highly recommended.

Exterior: The exterior is an impressive building, surround by
gardens and palms. This is one of the most famous and traditional
hotels in the whole island.
Lobby: The lobby is spacious and decorated with good taste
according to the standard of the hotel. There is seating area and
the reception desk is big enough to give comfort and good
service.
Rooms
The elegantly decorated rooms are equipped with double or twin
beds, a furnished balcony with views of the town/ocean or
garden/mountain or front/spa. In-room amenities include a
flat-screen LCD TV, ADSL Internet access, ample wardrobe space, air
conditioning, an electronic safe, bathroom with shower and bidet, a
direct dial telephone, minibar, bathrobes, slippers and a
hairdryer.
Restaurant & Food
The different restaurants of the Hotel offers different
specialities; from Thai to Italian through a grill cuisine. The
hotel also offers traditional canarian cuisine as well as any
international dishes. The decoration is really nice according with
the class of the hotel.

The hotel features 3 heated pools; 2 of them in The Oriental Spa
Garden, one of which is an indoor pool. There is a children's
paddling area, a pool restaurant and sun terrace whith deck chairs,
towels and parasols. Moreover, a whirlpool, Japanese sauna, steam
bath, laconium, aromatherapy room, ice igloo and professional
massage service as well as a health spa are available in the 3,500
m² Oriental Spa Garden (until 30th April 2010: free daily
entrance for guests over 16 years). In addition, guests may choose
to enjoy such leisure options as the fitness facilities, two
floodlit tennis courts, putting green with bunker and driving
range, table tennis and billiards. The hotel entertainment
programme ensures that guests never experience a dull moment. The
summer children's programme Botanico Adventure Academy on offer 7
days a week includes visits to the Loro Parque with animal shows,
workshops, diplomas, food and transport (for children between 4 -
12 years).
