Opened in June 2009, this 32-room, fully air-conditioned hotel is a great choice for travelers on a tight budget who want to enjoy the best entertainment Singapore offered. The hotel offers lift access to all of the guest rooms and a complimentary car park facility (subject to availability). A broadband Internet station is also available in the hotel lobby for a fee, and guests can take advantage of the 24-hour reception service and laundry service (for an additional fee). All guest rooms are fitted with coded key card entry, and there are also 24-hour CCTV cameras installed in the hotel's public areas.

Rooms are small and have modern and simplicity design. The rooms have pastel color walls; the color varies from one to another. Some rooms have bay window while some are without window. The rooms are equipped with a very small wardrobe, LCD color television, individually controlled air-conditioning and coffee/tea making facility. WiFi service is available at a charge. The bathroom is furnished with standing shower, the most of the rooms are with Queen size bed, but without connecting rooms.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant but complimentary coffee/tea facilities and snacks are available in the guest rooms. There is a Steamboat Restaurant located just next to the hotel. Guests could also travel to the HarbourFront Center or VivoCity, which are about 10 minutes' drive away, where there are many restaurants and food outlets.

The hotel boasts no swimming pool and no gym.
