Exterior: It is a brown stone building, with a weather-beaten look to the brickwork, Although at ground level the facade is extremely modern.
Lobby: This is small, with modern furnishings setting the maritime tone for the whole hotel. Adjacent is an attractive bar and cafe.

All rooms vary in size but on average are medium-sized. All are in exceptional condition. Most have wooden floors, comfortable blue, red and green furnishings and again, theme motifs based on the sea.
