There are 21 guest rooms at this guesthouse and guests are welcomed in a lobby. The conference centre and function room with its superb rural outlook and abundance of natural light is ideal for residential conferences, strategic planning, board meetings, small exhibitions, seminars, retreats, meetings, cocktail parties and special functions. The hotel's highly regarded Lodge Restaurant can provide all guests' catering and meal requirements. The restaurant also offers room service (fees apply). In addition, there is a children's play area, car park and a laundry service (fees apply to the latter).

The quiet, spacious, well-appointed rooms enhanced with native rimu are tastefully decorated. Serviced daily, guests are provided with complimentary plunger coffee and a tea/coffee selection in the kitchen and toiletries in the en suite bathroom. Each room has a double bed, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. All 21 rooms have double doors opening out to a private landscaped park-like grass courtyard with views of the Tararua Mountains or the swimming pool.

The Lodge Restaurant can provide guests with all their culinary requirements including full à la carte dining or al fresco dining. The Lodge Restaurant is fully licensed providing guests with the opportunity of tasting some of the Wairarapa's most popular wines. Over the years the Lodge Restaurant has built a strong reputation for its mouth-watering dishes using fresh local produce hand prepared on the night.

The hotel features a 14-metre swimming pool and a grass tennis court (fees apply to both). Guests can also relax in the spa bath.
