The hotel is located in the heart of the city, not far from the sea-shore. It was built in 1970 and totally refurbished in 1993. 10 kms to the nearest airport (ben gurion) 3 km to the nearest station (north railway station) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop -1 km to the nearest fair site (?)

The renovated hotel was designed to celebrate the culture, architecture, art and spirit of the centuries-old city, Tel Aviv. Every room features a different wall-size visual created by a local artist. Guests are welcome to relax in the living-room-style lobby and enjoy a wide selection of books and albums about Tel Aviv-Yafo, WLAN Internet access throughout the hotel and short movies about Tel Aviv at the hotel's private screening room. The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 56 rooms on offer and features 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a TV lounge. The conference facilities may be of use to business guests. Guests may take advantage of the laundry service for an additional fee. A bicycle hire is provided on site.
