This luxury hotel includes 11 floors and a total of 333 rooms. The
air-conditioned building features a lobby with a reception desk,
lifts, a small supermarket, shops, a jeweller and a hairdresser.
Furthermore, the hotel also features a lounge bar The Waterfall, a
TV room, the air-conditioned à la carte restaurant Iliades
on the 10th floor with highchairs for children, a terrace with a
view of Ixia's Bay (themed evenings here for an added fee) as well
as the Taverna. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal to
be used within the hotel (added fee). In addition, there is also
playground for younger guests in the hotel grounds.
Rooms
The rooms look to the steep hill and courtyard behind the hotel.
They are medium in size and are decorated in pastel colours with
blue soft furnishings and light wood furniture. Each room has it's
own private balcony overlooking the forest/mountain and well
equipped bathroom. Air conditioning, TV are standard.
Restaurant & Food
The hotel has 3 restaurants, Iliades serving full american
breakfast and buffet dinner, offering a panoramic view of the Ixia
bay. Pool Deck Greek and Cypriot a la carte restaurant on the 11th
floor by the swimming pool. Varkarola on the ground floor near the
swimming pool for light a la carte during lunchtime.
Activities & Sport
In the outdoor complex are 2 swimming pools with children's pools,
a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and
parasols. In addition, the hotel also includes a health spa which
features a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, massage service (for an
added fee) and further treatments in Amathusia Health Spa with
hammam, Thalasso therapy (added fee) and cosmetic treatments.
Sports options include tennis (for an added fee with a tennis coach
on request), aerobics, table tennis facilities, a gym and
road/mountain bikes. Furthermore, there is also an entertainment
programme as well as evening programme with folk dancing, cabaret
shows, Greek evenings, Mediterranean night and lobster night to
provide some variation for guests. Guests will also find a water
sports centre nearby offering windsurfing, water skiing, sailing,
pedalo hire and canoeing.
