The hotel-style property is made up of a collection of small, white buildings set on a well-positioned, large piece of land. The hotel offers a total of 27 standard rooms, superior rooms, 2-bedroom family suites (maisonettes) as well as 2 large luxury suites. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a tavern (which is also used as a breakfast room), a games room and a restaurant. There is also a playground for younger guests as well as a small church, Agios Fanourios, for wedding celebrations.

Superior rooms are medium in size, painted white giving them a crisp, bright and airy feel. The elegant soft furnishings are in neutral tones complementing the decor. Facilities include satellite television, electronic safe box, electronic keycard-lock system, telephone, internet access, desk, mini bar, individual temperature control system, hairdryer, hydro-massage jet shower, bathrobes and slippers, Korres cosmetic products-full shower set, mini HI-FI,CD/DVD player.

The main restaurant has a fabulous location at the front of the property overlooking the sea, Mykonos Town, and the neighbouring islands. Both indoor and outdoor (shaded) seating is available. The cuisine is a fusion of Mediterranean and international gastronomical tastes. There is also an indoor bar.

New amenities for 2007 also include a relaxation area (Tai body massage, elixir), B-Healthy club with a mini spa, sauna and gym facilities. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a few palm trees and plenty of terraces, and the superb Sunset pool bar offers cocktails and fresh juices. Billiards and table tennis are also offered.
