This hotel is a place which reflects its own personality. It is an expression of total privacy, elegance, comfort and intense aesthetic pleasure. The combination of wood and stone in Venetian style and colours, the Renaissance and classical art replicas, the antiques and the spectacular view of the port all combine give this hotel its signature of elegance and romance. Facilities available to guests include a lobby with hotel safe, a cloakroom, cafe, breakfast room and room and laundry services.

Every room has its own name and personality. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and consist of a twin bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a private balcony or terrace and individually-regulated air conditioning and heating. Each room offers a lot of natural light and other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, a TV, Internet access, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set.

The hotel serves a continental breakfast each morning with a range of traditional flavours. Breakfast is also served to the guest rooms with balcony.

The reception is open during the summer season (April to October) from 7.30 am until 10.30 pm. Guests take their keys with them on their way out. The hotel does not offer parking facilities but there is a large public car park about 200 m from the hotel on the west side of the port. Parking there is free of charge.

In order to reach hotel from either Chania airport or Souda port, just follow the signs for the centre of Chania. Head for 1866 Square and Halidon Street which leads to centre of the old harbour in Chania. At the end of Halidon Street, Zambeliou Street starts on the left-hand side. The hotel is about 50 m along on the right-hand side.
