The hotel has most probanly one of the most famous spots in the mountains of Bavaria in Berchtesgaden. It is located very close to the Kehlsteinhaus - the famous retreat of Adolf Hitler. Also the hotel is close to Salzburg the Berchtesgaden National Park and the famous Koenigssee lake. 3 kms to city centre 26 kms to the airport (salzburg w.a. mozart) 180 kms to the airport (franz josef strauss) 4 km to the nearest station (bahnhof berchtesgaden) 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop
