This modernly furnished city hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Imperial Cathedral and the historical city centre of Speyer. Heidelberg is about 30 km away. Its excellent connections to the motorway and public transport networks (250 m away at Festplatz) make the hotel the perfect place for both business travellers and holidaymakers. Speyer's city centre is around 7 min' walk from the hotel, where guests will find a range of shopping opportunities and a tourist information centre. Attractions such as the Museum of Palatinate History and the Technical Museum are just a 4-min walk away. Frankfurt International Airport and Echterdingen Airport are both 100 km from the accommodation.

Renovated in 2007, the 86-room hotel features a special floor for non-smokers and rooms for the disabled. The hotel lobby has a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. There is a café and restaurant on site and for an additional fee, guests may use the laundry service available to them. WLAN Internet access is provided in public areas (fees apply) and there is a car park for guests wishing to bring their vehicles.
