The residence offers 46 fully-furnished studios (one-room apartments) and 30 T2 (2-room apartments). Amenities include air conditioning, a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, hairdressers' salon, breakfast room, conference facilities, Internet access, an enclosed car park (subject to fees) and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (subject to fees).

The apartments include a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 hotplates, a small electric or microwave oven, a sink, as well as a full complement of utensils and crockery. A table and chairs enable convenient dining. A living-room area with a double sofa bed, an office space with a TV receiving local and international channels, safe-deposit box and a direct dial telephone, a hairdryer, minibar, ironing set, individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, hand towels, bath towels, bathmat, hair and body gel and soaps all feature. The T2s also have a separate bedroom with a double bed. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.

Breakfast is served as buffet.

Rooms with disability access are also available. City tax to be paid on spot.

From the airport, take the airport shuttle and get off at la Part Dieu Station. The residence is a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
