The youth hostel was fully renovated in 2010 and it offers 50 guest rooms in total. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service and 24-hour key pick-up, a newspaper stand, conference facilities, Internet access and free private car parking.

Each rooms come with a bathroom, a telephone and satellite/cable TV. In addition, most of them are wheelchair accessible.

The reception is open from Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 10 pm; on Fridays from 6:30 am until 9 pm; and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm until 9 pm.

From Paris on the A4, head in the direction of Metz/Nancy, then CDG-Lagny on the A104. Take exit no. 9 for Chelles, then head towards Montfermeil. Gare de Chelles is 2 km away. By train, take the RER E in the direction of Paris (journey time is 15 minutes). On bus line B get off at the Collège de l'Europe stop or take bus 613 to the Quatres Routes stop.
