Restaurant & Food
Lake Joseph Dining Room, the main restaurant, focuses on a Canadian
menu of regional favourites at breakfast and dinner. The restaurant
also features a constantly changing wine list. Fireside Lounge is
open for lunch, dinner, and cocktails. The lounge is converted to
an adults-only dining room during July and August. The Bayside
Patio restaurant offers an outdoor deck in a waterfront setting. It
is open for lunch and dinner with a casual menu and selection of
cocktails and beers. This restaurant is open from mid-June to
mid-September. On the green dining is available at the Rocky Crest
Clubhouse, a log cabin overlooking the 18th green. This restaurant
offers traditional 'clubhouse' fare at breakfast, lunch, and
dinner. The dinner menu focuses on fish and seafood. It has an
extensive wine list and is open from early May to late October
(occasionally closed for private functions). A complimentary
shuttle is available to the clubhouse from the resort.
Activities & Sport
The highly acclaimed championship golf course winds through giant
forests of pine, white birch and hemlock. Deep bunkers and granite
outcroppings challenge players, while scenic marshes, abundant
wildlife and a spectacular log cabin style clubhouse add to the
Muskoka flavour of this outstanding golf facility. The resort
offers complimentary mountain bikes, and there are many nature and
biking trails. Additional recreational amenities include water
trampolines, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, an outdoor pool,
children's swimming area, beach volleyball, basketball, table
tennis, volleyball, pool/snooker and tennis. Sun loungers are

traditional spa services, the Amba Spa also offers a therapeutic

there
Take highway 401 E to highway 400 N to Barrie, and follow highway
400 N towards Parry Sound, Highway 400 to exit number 189 to
highway 69. Travel north on highway 69 to Hamer Bay road, exit
right on Hamer Bay road, travel 3 km down Hamer Bay road. The
resort is on the right-hand side.
