This air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 197 rooms spread
over 10 floors, including 3 suites and 2 wheelchair accessible
rooms. It was renovated in 2000 including some guest rooms and
hallways. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception, a safe, a
currency exchange facility and a lift. The hotel also has its own
bar, dining room, conference room and two wonderful restaurants,
Turn of the Tide and the Brigantine Lounge. Both are
air-conditioned and offer a variety of fine cuisine as well as
fantastic views of the harbour and highchairs for children. Room
service is also on offer. A garage is available for those arriving
by car.

The spacious, elegantly appointed rooms with pine wood furniture
come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, 2 direct dial
telephones, satellite/cable TV, a radio, and an Internet
connection. The carpeted rooms are also fitted with a minibar, tea
and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a double
or king-size bed, a hire safe, a large desk, and individual air
conditioning and heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the highest
tide in the world or the picturesque view over the city. 95% of the

Directions, How to get
there
Directions from the airport: When leaving the airport, make a left
turn out of the airport onto the Loch Lomond Road. Very shortly
(about 0.5 km), make a right turn onto Route 111 (airport access
road) and follow Route 111 for approximately 6 km to the McKay
Highway, which is Route # 1. Then exit left going west on Route 1.
Following Route 1, take exit 125 which is (Crown Street / Harbour
Station). At the lights take the left turn, which is Crown Street.
At the bottom of the hill (facing Hotel Courtenay Bay) make a right
turn to set of lights. At lights turn left onto City Road. Follow
City Road straight through, which runs into Station Street (at
Irving Station). Guests will see Harbour Station ahead of them and
should go past Harbour Station to very end of the street and turn
left, which is Smythe Street. The hotel at 75 Smythe Street, right
on the harbour.
