Located in a residential district away from the village, the hotel is less than 182 m from Cruiser, a ski run on Blackcomb Mountain that guests can use to schuss their way directly into Whistler Village. The centre of Whistler Village is located around 2.5 km from the hotel.

The hotel is a quiet, condominium-style hotel ideally suited to families, couples and others looking for a relaxed ambience. The hotel complex has every convenience for guests' Whistler vacation, including guest services, laundry service, private ski lockers, a games area and underground parking (fees apply). Guests can ski onto the slopes just a short walk from their apartment. On offer are 96 non-smoking suites in a 6-floor building. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with lift access to the rooms and conference facilities are available.

Accommodations are individually owned and decorated. All provide gas fireplaces and kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers. Some may have microwaves. Amenities include cable/satellite TV, VCRs, CD players, telephones with complimentary local calls and high-speed Internet access (on request, with surcharge). The en suite bathrooms are fitted with shower/bathtub and hairdryer and bedrooms are furnished with double beds. A radio, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set also feature as standard.
