Guests can choose from 5 1-bedroom Falls Pavilions, each with a heated outdoor cedar spa, plus a 2-bedroom Falls Pavilion featuring 2 bathrooms with a spa bath in the master en-suite. Each of the Falls Pavilions offers luxury and enjoys an intimate relationship with its stunning tropical rainforest setting. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a king-size bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio and Internet access. They have a kitchenette with a minibar, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. All feature either a balcony or a terrace.

Guests arriving from the south should take the Bruce Highway and exit at the Glasshouse Mountains Tourist Drive. They should travel 23 km along this road, turn left at the Landsborough exit and then follow the Landsborough-Maleny Road towards Maleny for 11 km until the Montville turn-off. They should then drive past the Montville turnoff for 1.2 km and finally turn right into Obi Lane South.
