Check-in policy for arrivals after 18:00 is as follows: Upon arrival, drive up to the call box in front of the entry gate. Press 180 on the phone key pad. This will connect you to our after-hours guest service agent. Provide name of the registered guest. Upon verification, guest service agent will provide the lock box code to retrieve your key and room information, and the gate will open. Proceed to the Front Office, located directly inside the gate on your left. There will be a lock box on the right-hand side of the front door. Input the code given by the guest service agent and open the lock box. Take the appropriate envelope with the registered guest's name on it. The envelope will contain guest key, villa number and a map to your villa. For additional after-hours assistance, call (808) 443-9259 or use the call box by the gate. Please stop by the front desk the following morning to complete the registration process. The Front Office is open daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm (Hawaii Standard Time).
