The homes are located throughout the Naples area, but will only be a 15 to 20 minute drive from the west facing beaches which offer wonderful views of the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The Everglades national Park backs onto the Naples area and the famous road called "Alligator Alley" links Naples on the West Coast of Florida with Miami on the East Coast.

These individual private homes are located in Naples, the homes offer a superior standard of living in the world class resort, known for its beautiful beaches abd world class shopping.

All homes are furnished to the highest standard and will include a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, other bedrooms in the home will share bathroom/s. Other standing items will include satellite/cable TV, washer and dryer, air conditioning and central heating.

Key collection andregistration for your villa must be done at the offices of Universal Vacations, the address is: 2800 Davis Blvd, Suite 106, Davis Village Naples, Florida 34104. The emergency telephone number is: 1-866-845-5226. Check-in is at 16:00 h. If arrive after normal office hours, directions and keys to the villa will be in the lock box located in front of the office. A USD 300 refundable damage deposit is payable upon check-in.

Directions, How to get there

From Orlando Area, locate and join Interstate I.4 West signposted to Tampa. Take exit 9 and join Interstate I.75 SOUTH towards Naples. Drive for approx 257 km and take exit 101 (Naples & Marco Island). Head West on CR-951 for approx 1/5 mile then turn right onto Davis Blvd and drive for 6 miles. Make a U Turn at Pine Street and Davis Village is on the right hand side. The Universal Vacations office is located at the center of the building in Suite 106. If you arrive after normal office hours, your villa key and directions will be left in the lock box located on the front of the office building. The 24 hour emergency number is: 239-258-7002.
