This Grade II listed hotel is one of the best bed and breakfast establishments in all of Brighton. Offering a total of 55 rooms, the hotel also features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and lift access. Guests may enjoy their morning meal in the breakfast room, and the conference facilities and Internet access may be of use to business guests. All rooms are en suite and classically decorated to a high standard with top-class furnishings and Sky TV. Many rooms feature direct panoramic sea views. Other amenities include a direct dial telephone, hairdryer, trouser press, hospitality tray, remote control colour television and a radio. The bathrooms come with a shower and bathtub. Internet access and tea and coffee making facilities are also provided, and central heating ensures guests' comfort.

Blending in with the hotel's general theme, the restaurant is furnished in modern features with a classical twist giving it a very contemporary edge. Menu varies from British to other European favourites. The bar is cosy and welcoming, again following the general decor of hotel. Both outlets have been recently refurbished.

Payments with cash require a deposit of £50, which will be returned on the day of departure. Limited parking is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (fees apply). The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

By car: from London or the M25, take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton and follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout, take the 3rd exit and drive west with the seafront on the left-hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. The hotel is located on the right, just after West Pier and opposite the bandstand.
