The traditionally styled en suite bedrooms are cosy and clean, on either the ground or first floor. The bathrooms feature a shower and hairdryer. Each comes with direct dial telephone, TV, radio alarm clock and double bed. Further amenities include Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set. The rooms also have individually controlled central heating, which is ideal for a comfortable night's rest before the onward journey.

Hotel dining room is non smoking. A Continental breakfast is available at any time of the morning for those who have early flights. Full English breakfast is served between 7 00 am to 8 45 am weekdays and between 7 30 am to 8 45 am at he weekend. Evening meals are served from 6:00 pm to 10 pm and it is open until late for drinks.

Guests arriving at the north or south terminals are asked to use the free phone to arrange collection by the shuttle. This service operates from 9 am to 9 pm and is subject to availability and fees.

By car take the M25 motorway to Junction 7, joining the M23 for Gatwick Airport. Turn off the M23 at Exit 9; follow signs for Gatwick. Upon arrival at the South Terminal roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Upon arrival at the North Terminal roundabout, take the 4th exit sign posted to Redhill and Crawley. At the following roundabout, take the third exit for the A23 road towards Redhill. Turn right off the A23 at the traffic lights on the second exit into Massetts Road. The hotel is 100 m down the road on the left.
