It's location in the centre of Santillana del Mar, 5 Km from the beach and 8 km from Torrelavega train station.

The resort is composed of 2 Hotels and 3 buildings. Once of building is the 18th century facade of this Palace was moved stone by stone from the nearby town of Oreña in 1971, faithfully reconstructed here. Over the door way are 2 carved escutcheons from King Felipe V and Calderon's family. Flanked by pretty gardens, with a terrace, the hall is filled with charming antiques. Another building is a nice building to date from 2 centuries ago. It was working as an Inn at 50's and reconstructed as hotel, with all comfort and charm characteristics of an exquisite decoration, 15 years ago. Third buildings have moor rooms, studios and apartments. The resort offers an excellent service of restaurant and bar and private parking.

The resort have been full renovated, preserving its typical country house atmosphere, decorated with period furniture and it has been introduced with modern elements to make it more comfortable. The resort also offers facilities as cosy bedrooms, decorated with antiques and all have modern bathrooms, telephone, TV, comfortable suit junior and beautiful rooms with living room.
