The hotel is 5 minutes from Bellville CBD, next to Parc du Cap office park in Tygervalley, close to the Stellenbosch Business School and the conference/athletics stadium at the Bellville Veladrome. It is a 20 minute drive from the Cape Town airport. 2 kms to city centre 20 kms to the nearest airport (capetown international)

The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool for guest use, wireless internet access in all public areas, free secrue parking and is a good property for those wanting to be in the Bellville area.
Exterior: As with all of the Townlodge hotels the Bellville property is a modern building using the Dutch colonial design.
Lobby: The lobby is a simple yet stylish entrance, medium in size with a wide dark wood reception desk with art work behind it.

Rooms
Many of the rooms overlook Tygerberg valley and others the hotel swimming pool. The rooms have green carpet and yellow bedding and curtains and all have TV, airconditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and direct telephone line.
