This hotel is located only five minutes walk from the town centre and ten minutes drive to Queenstown airport. The road is quite busy but this is compensated for by the views from the hotel. 1 kms to city centre 10 kms to the airport (frankton) 490 kms to the airport (christchurch) Close to the beach

A good standard hotel. The location is excellent as its away from the very busy town centre, but close enough to walk into town. The views from the rooms and balconies are its prime attraction. This hotel is extremely popular all year round.
Exterior: The four storey building is 1980's in design (renovated 1998), and is in a gradient style so that all rooms have private balconies with magnificent views.
Lobby: The lobby is medium in size.

Rooms
All the rooms have private terraces with superb views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. They are medium in size and along with the bathrooms are in very good condition. Some of the rooms also have kitchenettes. Room have standard inclusions such as TV, Cable channels, Tea/coffee making facilities, and hair dryers.

Restaurant & Food
The famous restaurant in the hotel serves indigenous as well as international delicacies to the guests.

Activities & Sport
The hotel features the presence of a special fitness pool where guests may relax for hours. Guests may avail of the facilities prevalent in the changing room near the pool where they may rinse themselves dry at a leisurely pace after a hectic swim.
