The air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2008 but it kept the vintage style lobby with golden colour tones, marble surfaces, flower pots and tavern signs. The 100 rooms are simply decorated yet spacious, cosy and clean with modern amenities. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access, while further facilities include a bar, dining room, conference facilities, Internet access and a car park. Room service and a laundry service are offered for additional fees.

The guest rooms are spacious, cosy and clean, with traditional and simple decor. They feature modern amenities and have views of Kinneret Lake. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a mini fridge, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

A full Israeli breakfast buffet is served in the dining rooms. Dinner and lunch are also served in buffet style.

From Ben Gurion Airport by public transport: take a train or taxi to the Tel Aviv central station (Arlozarov) and take the bus or a taxi to Tiberias. By car or taxi: from the airport, take the exit to road 1 to the east. Keep to the right and enter the tunnel onto road 443 and then take the ramp to road 6. Continue on road 6 for approximately 63 km, then exit right onto road 65 at the Iron Interchange. Keep on road 65 heading east passing Afula city and continue on road 65 until the Golani junction. Here, turn right onto road 77 and continue for about 5 km until reaching Tiberias.
