This property located in Kerobokan (Umalas). This property can accommodate 14 people any guests over 10 people are charged USD 20 per night per person as extra beds are supplied. This unique and charming villa is set in tranquil countryside yet enjoys being less than 10 mins drive from several beaches and the buzz of Seminyak and only 30 mins drive from the airport. The magnificent rooms and stunning views make this an ideal setting for friends, or family to gather or for small dinner parties, with dinning terrace area that can seat up to 16 guests. This villa is a gorgeous family home. It was built in 2015 so is brand new, yet feels comfortable and lived in thanks to the plentiful use of antique and reclaimed wood in its construction. The entire house and garden also enjoys a lovely breeze throughout the day thanks to being among country fields and rice paddies. This villa has the advantage of being open or closed, depending on your preference each day, so if the temperature is higher than you like, slide the glass doors shut and throw on the powerful air conditioners. Every room enjoys soaring ceilings with antique wooden beams, stain glass windows and access to a terrace overlooking the lush garden and 15m x 6m swimming pool. The furniture is a mixture of antique balinese and old european styles. 4 of the bedrooms are over 30m square plus each has a large en suite bathroom. The 5th bedroom with en suite is at the bottom of the garden and offers total privacy from the rest of the house. The 6th bedroom is a single room/child's bedroom attached to the master suite. The property is fully staffed with housemaids (who do daily cleaning and on request arrange laundry and cook breakfast) gardener, pool maintenance and security. There is always someone on hand 24 hours a day to answer questions or assist with any difficulty. A driver and car can easily be arranged at very reasonable rates, prices vary seasonally and available on request. The house is well equipped for toddlers with stair gates and can be arranged with a large indoor play area, countless toys and a small swing and slide in the garden. If your group doesn't have children, all kid stuff can be taken away before you arrive. A child's bedroom is attached to the master bedroom suite and can be converted into a single room for an adult. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa except the staff areas behind the kitchen, and two lock up cupboards where owner's personal belongings are kept. For a stay of 10 nights or more, guests will have complimentary use of car & driver, 5 days a week for an 8 hours day. Fuel is at the guests' expense (approx. USD 25 /tank). Any special events or occasions are at an additional fee depending on the scale of event. All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience. Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
