This highly traditional and familial luxury hotel lies centrally between Garmisch and Partenkirchen. Both can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. Many walking trails are to be found directly outside of the hotel meaning that Partnachklamm is only a 40-minute walk away. A train station is to be found nearby. A train leading up to the top of the mountain is 400 m away, whilst lifts are situated 1 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are only steps away.

Partenkirchner Hof has a fantastic location to explore the city center of Garmisch and Partenkirchen and excellent service and a great restaurant.
Exterior: It is built in a typical chalet style and consists of three interconnected buildings. The facade is mainly of exposed, beautifully carved wood with wide eves and pretty flower boxes.
Lobby: The lobby is medium sized but cosy with many oriental carpets on the tiled floor, comfortable chairs and paintings hanging on the walls.

Rooms
The bedrooms are differently furnished in each building and majority of rooms are Junior Suites. The first one houses the very new modern rooms, furnished with pale wood furniture to a very high standard. In the second building twin rooms can be found which are furnished in dark varnished wood. The last building houses large apartments furnished in Bavarian wood style. All the rooms are in very good condition, ( as are the bathrooms) and all are large. Many rooms also benefit from balconies and spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains surrounding Garmisch.

Restaurant & Food
The renowned gourmet restaurant is traditional in decor. There is also a less formal cellar bar serving Bavarian specialities.

Activities & Sport
The well-tended grounds include a sun terrace. There is a Jacuzzi, a massage service, a gym and a sauna additionally on offer to guests.
