Architect designed, completed in December 2005, this self-catering family style facility reflects the local historic character of neighbouring beach houses offering sea views back to the mainland with a conservation park at the back door. It is located about half a kilometre from the Penneshaw town centre and the SeaLink Ferry terminal. Situated on the third level of the town's historic beach homes precinct with panoramic views over the white sand beach of Hog Bay across Backstairs passage to the rugged coastline of the mainland. With the ocean at the front and the Karatta Conservation Park at the back, guests enjoy relaxed, contemporary seaside accommodation, all within easy walking distance of the town centre, golf course, playground and community oval. Hog Bay's beach is a short walk away and is a favourite with visitors and locals alike, especially at dusk when little penguins come ashore nightly to roost in their rookery.
