This luxury hotel is divided into 20 buildings of up to 7 floors
and has an extensive garden area of 63,000 qm². There
are a total of 357 rooms, with 311 double rooms and 46
suites/junior suites. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception with
currency exchange. It has 7 bars, 9 themed restaurants, a
hairdresser, games room, TV room, 26 conference rooms, kids' club,
children's playground and free parking. Furthermore, for an
additional charge, guests may use the laundry and 24-hour room

Rooms
The comfortable rooms, restored by the designer Pascua Ortega,
offer a full bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, air
conditioning, minibar, hire safe, Internet access, satellite TV and
balcony or terrace. Many rooms have marvellous views over the
Atlantic Ocean and the exuberant hotel gardens. The Manor Houses
(Casas Ducales) offer a butler service, pillow and sheet menu and
daily press. The 1 or 2-bedroom villas, additionally offer a
kitchenette, garden, private pool, butler service in the villas as
well as at the pool, breakfast in the breakfast room or in the
room, an exclusive reception, porter, transportation around the
complex and other exclusive services.
Restaurant & Food
Guests are offered breakfast and half board in the form of a buffet
in the Restaurant El Bernegal. The hotel offers á la carte
meals in 8 themed restaurants. Upon arrival, the hotel inform if
there is possibility for customers with half-board dinner at the a
la carte restaurant. For some special offer booking, access to the
themed restaurants may be restricted, please check on arrival.
Activities & Sport
The grounds include 2 freshwater pools, 2 saltwater pools, 1
children's paddling pool, and sun terraces with parasols,
deckchairs and a snack bar; 2 of the pools are heated. Guests have
the opportunity to relax in th Spa in the sauna, whirlpool, steam
room or enjoying a massage. Sports enthusiasts may wish to enjoy
the table tennis, tennis, squash, archery, volleyball, paddle,
waterpolo, billiards, petanque, aqua gym, the jogging circuit,
spinning and the gym. An entertainment programme for adults and
children is available. There is also a giant chess, a bridge room
and a reading room, as well as dance and painting classes. The
nearest golf course lies about 3.5km away.
Comments
The hotel is surrounded by 5 of the best golf courses on the
island, all within 10-30 minutes. The hotel will make reservations
for green fees/tee times etc.
