Located directly beside Playa Serena in the tourist centre of Roquetas de Mar, this exclusive beach apartment hotel enjoys a convenient location close to shopping centres with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

This beach hotel was built in 2002 and comprises a total of 212 double rooms and 294 apartments. A wide assortment of facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Guests are also offered a hairdressing salon, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Furthermore there is a public Internet terminal and a kids' club for children. Those guests arriving at the hotel by car may park their vehicles in the limited number of parking spaces.

Rooms
The tastefully designed rooms and apartments come fitted with an en suite bathroom with shower, and are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar (apartments with a fridge), air conditioning, central heating, a balcony with a partial view of the sea and a hire safe.
