Opened in 2006, this apartment complex, designed in an Andalusian
style, is split into various areas, each of which include their own
garden with a swimming pool and all necessary comforts one would
expect from a holiday paradise. The complex includes a total of 44
apartments spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a bar, a TV
room, a laundry service, a car park and a garage.
Rooms
The apartments for 2-4 persons or 3-6 persons come with a combined
lounge/ bedroom and a separate bedroom. In addition, the rooms
include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone,
a kitchenette with a Vitro Ceramic Plate, a microwave, an icebox, a
minibar, central heating and air conditioning, a safe, a terrace
and complete furnishings.
Restaurant & Food
The poolside snack bar offers snacks and other dishes as well as a
large choice of national and international beers on tap.
Activities & Sport
In addition, there is a swimming pool, a solarium, golf course,
road/mountain bike rental, car hire, water sports excursions and
safaris into the bush (some incur an additional fee). There is an
entertainment programme to provide some variation for guests. There
is also a direct connection to the golf courses (green fees
apply).

there
By Car: Take Highway E-15 and take exit 124. Take road A-383 to the
town Santa Margarita. Then go to Avenida de Burgos. Turn left to
