The hotel offers all guests a true spa corner; a unique space for the recovery of body and soul. After a long day of work or a pleasant outing in the centre of Siena, guests will have the pleasure of well-deserved moments of relaxation in the spa area with views of the marvellous hilly landscapes of Crete Senesi. The design hotel was fully refurbished in 2010 and consists of a total of 95 rooms, suites and apartments. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities include air conditioning, lift access, a newspaper stand, TV lounge, breakfast room, conference facilities and a car park. For additional fees, guests can avail of the WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, and bicycle hire.

All rooms feature elegant and comfortable furniture, air conditioning, individually regulated heating, a satellite TV, telephone, minibar and electronic safe. Each is en suite with a hairdryer, shower and bath. Further in-room amenities include a double bed, Internet access, and a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel serves dinner à la carte and from a set menu.

The guests can choose between the panoramic gym, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath or relaxation corner. And for fans of water and swimming, the pool, which is equipped with a solarium, is open all year round. Covered and heated in winter, it transforms in summer into a perfect place for sunbathing while comfortably reclining on a lounge chair.

Children under 3 years old are free with baby cot. Children under 9 years old are free in bed with their parents. Pets are accepted in apartments with kitchenet and direct exit to the garden, on request.

From Pisa, take the A11 motorway toward Lucca-Florence; upon reaching Florence Nord, enter the A1 toward Rome, after approximately 15 km, exit to the Florence-Certosa crossroads; join the 4-lane highway Florence-Siena, pass all the exits for Siena and continue towards Arezzo/Perugia. At the exit to the second tunnel, keep right and continue on towards Arezzo/Perugia. After 4 km turn right at the fork for Casetta. After the town of Casetta, guests will find the hotel on the right at the top of the hill.
