Renovated in 2008, this city hotel comprises a total of 81 rooms and welcomes families. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a cloakroom, a lift, a TV lounge, a breakfast room and conference facilities. Guests may take advantage of the WLAN Internet access and a car park and underground parking lot may be used for guests' cars, according to availability and for an additional fee (reservation not possible).

The hotel's comfortable rooms are beautifully renovated and furnished and all come with a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a WC and a hairdryer as well as satellite TV with Premiere channels free of charge. Guests arriving by car should take the A1 motorway towards Puttgarden/Travemünde and exit for Lübeck-Centrum. Take the first turning at the Lohmühle and then turn left at the first intersection onto the Fackenburger Allee. At Lindentorplatz take the first right onto Hansestrasse. The hotel will come into view soon after, on the left-hand side.
