Located in the Cannes La Bocca quarter, the residence is laid out
in an arc around swimming pools and flower gardens. It has 351
rooms in total spread across 8 floors, as well as a lobby, hotel
safe, lift access, bar, games room and parking facilities (subject
to fees).
Rooms
Most apartments offer a sea view. All the sea view apartments have
a beautiful view of the Mediterranean thanks to their upper-floor
location and glass balconies. One of the buildings of the residence
is totally renovated, its apartments are called Luxury. All
apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchen area (4-ring electric
hotplate, refrigerator, microwave oven or mini-oven, dishwasher and
electric coffee-maker), a bathroom with toilet (separate in the
2/3-room apartments for 6/7 persons), private safe (subject to
fees), direct dial telephone (subject to fees), TV (subject to
fees), an ironing set, individually adjustable heating, and a
furnished terrace or balcony.
Activities & Sport
During the day guests can take advantage of the facilities of the
sport and fitness centre, including the gym (free of charge), hot
tub, hammam, and sauna. Archery and excursions into the surrounding
area (accompanied by activity leader, half-day or full-day
excursions by private car) are also offered. An outdoor swimming
pool with children's pool, sun loungers and parasols also feature.
Evening activities are offered twice or 3 times a week. These
include a dance evening, café theatre, casino evening, dinner show,
cards tournament and bingo.
Comments
There is a deposit to be paid for each apartment on arrival (by
cheque or bank card). This is refunded upon departure after
inventory. Arrivals are on Saturday at 5 pm, and departures are on
Saturday before 10 am. There is a shuttle bus service to the
railway station every 30 minutes.

there
From Paris, take the A6 motorway to Lyon, followed by the A7 and
finally the A8 La Provençale towards Nice. Take exit no. 41
Cannes-ouest /La Bocca, then head towards Canne La Bocca on Avenue
Francis Tonner. At the 4th light, turn right on to Rue de la
Verrerie. The Cannes TGV Railway Station is 4 km away. By bus take
the number 2 / 9.
